Had this company come out to take a look at my furnace & replace a part to get it back to working conditions. Had another company come out and over bid me for the same work. These guys are great. Recommend !

Heat exchanger went out on my 10 year-old furnace. Out of 3 contractors I had out, HVAC Essentials were the only ones to quote a heat exchanger replacement among my options. All others wanted to skip right to replacing the furnace and one contractor in particular tried to upsell me completely off my furnace and into a very expensive mini split. HVAC Essentials felt like the only contractor being upfront and operating with my best interests & budget in mind. Thankfully, the care they took in providing me options extended right through the work itself. Field technicians Thomas & Justin were professional, efficient, and courteous. Very happy with my decision to use HVAC Essentials, and will gladly use them again should the need arise.

I can't recommend HVAC Essentials enough. We had a major project that they came in and took care of. We solicited quotes from multiple businesses and found HVAC Essentials to be the best, particularly in clearly communicating their work and timelines. We felt included throughout the entire process. HVAC Essentials installed an entirely new European-style mini-split system in our home. Additionally, they removed our old wall system and repaired areas of our home related to previous system. When deciding what to do (which is hard when agreeing to such a serious project!), Justin gave us expert advice and helped support our decision-making by providing choices and relevant information. We found peace of mind knowing that someone was being upfront and honest with us. Given the scope of the project, we were so grateful that we could feel comfortable with the whole crew working in and around our house for a few days. I am a general contractor and just got a 4 zone mini split installed on my house by Jarom and his crew at HVAC Essentials. They did a fantastic job, the crew was polite, organized, and did a very clean job. I received a great estimate, and no other costs or fees were added. I’d highly recommend HVAC Essentials. We turned on the gas furnace a few weeks ago all we got was cold air and it wouldn’t shut off. HVAC Essentials came out immediately and checked it out. The first thing they found out was the insulation was installed right up next to the furnace creating a fire hazard. Since the problem was intermittent, it took a couple of visits for them to figure out the problem. They came out promptly every time and figured out the issue, which was an electrical short. I will call them again if I ever have a problem.
